Sue Belbeck has joined Spectrum Public Relations of Toronto as vice-president and group account director in the promotions group. Formerly she was general manager of Bates Canada's promotion marketing group. Kathy Henderson and Warren Spires have been promoted to account directors at the agency. Most recently they were both senior account managers. ...Peter Breton has moved from Cossette Communication-Marketing, where he was account executive, to the same position at Leo Burnett Co. of Toronto. Ann Byberg and Michelle Milos are at the agency as assistant account executives. Byberg recently graduated from Durham College with a diploma in advertising. She also has an English and Sociology degree from the University of Toronto. Milos graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Business Administration degree. Heather Murray joins Leo Burnett as copywriting trainee. She was one of the successful candidates that were placed in an agency as a rsult of the ICA copywriting competition. Murray graduated in 1996 from the copywriting program at Humber College. ...The Advertising Club of Toronto has held on to its same board for 1997-1998. They are: president Peter Vos, finance director Jeff Mepham, communications director Joanne Ingrassia and membership director Steve Newberry. Other directors are Valerie Hall Daigle, David Knopf, Karrie Ross, Patrick St-Arnaud, Beth Scott, Liliane Vidicek, Bob White and Jani Yates. ...Noel Hall has joined Hill & Knowlton Canada's Toronto office as senior vice-president of the Health and Pharmaceutical Practice. Most recently he was chairman of Hill & Knowlton's U.K. Helath and Pharmaceutical Practice and strategic planning head for Europe. ...Sue Anne Linde and Mike Cvitkovich have been given the added title of vice-president at Palmer Jarvis Advertising of Vancouver. Both are account directors at the agency.
