KODAK TO RELEASE ANOTHER DIGITAL CAMERA

Eastman Kodak of Rochester, New York will expand its family of digital cameras in North America next month by offering the DC210. The camera will be shipped with Kodak Digital Science 2.0 software that lets users make basic corrections, e-mail or print their pictures. The DC210 features a 2X zoom lens and a 1152 X 864-pixel progressive scan image sensor and a finished file that enables users to transfer pictures from the camera to the computer. In addition, the camera stores up to 60 pictures and is available in two megabyte and 10 MB sizes. In Canada, print ads and point-of-purchase materials will promote the DC210. The print campaign was created by Ogilvy & Mather of New York. Its Toronto office adapted the ads for use in Canada and did the media buy. The point-of-purchase materials were created in-house. Canadian PR is being done by McMaster Communications of Toronto. Kodak also markets the DC120 and DC50 digital cameras.
