Stuart Wilson has moved up at Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto from the position of senior counsellor to public and corporate affairs director and vice president. Gerry Riddell has been given the added title of vice-president at the agency. He also holds the position of business manager. ...Patricia Best has been appointed editor of The Globe and Mail's Report on Business Magazine. She has also been business editor of Maclean's magazine, assistant managing editor of the Financial times of Canada and a contributing editor of Toronto Life and Report on Business magazines. ...The Interactive Multimedia Arts & Technologies Association has elected its 1997/98 board. Cantin has also worked at Rogers Cantel's paging division as marketing director and at Apple Computer, holding several positions including Macintosh group manager, VAR program manager and marketing manager. ...Jacqueline Murdoch has joined the Winnipeg office of Kaizen Media Services as general manager. Previously she was at Harrison, Young, Pesonen & Newell of Toronto as direct response manager. Tammy Reid Taylor is at the agency as account director in Kaizen's Vancouver office. Formerly she was media supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather of Toronto.
