Reba Auslander has moved up the ladder at Rapp Collins Communicaide from account manager to senior account manager. Prior to joining the agency last year, Auslander worked at Heather Reid & Associates of Toronto. ...Dawn Charlton has joined the Pacific Space Centre of Vancouver as communications and marketing director. Most recently she was marketing and communications chief at the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Ottawa-Hull. Charlton was also a partner in Charlton + Gobuyan Design, an Ottawa design and advertising firm. ...Michael Sharp has been appointed sales and service marketing senior vice-president for the residential and small office/home office markets at Sprint Canada. Previously he was strategic services and advertising vice-president. ...John Haley is now at Western International media as account executive. Formerly he held the same position at CILQ-FM/CHOG-AM. Haley has also worked at Victoria Communications of Victoria, B.C. ...Lucie Caron has joined Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto as counsellor. Most recently she was spokesperson for the National Capital Commission of Ottawa. ...Bryant, Fulton & Shee of Vancouver has made some new hires and promotions. Angela Dong is at the agency as media buyer/planner handling the B.C. Lotteries account. Previously she was sales representative at McGowan Intermac. Laura McBride has joined BF&S as junior account executive working on the Hongkong Bank of Canada and BC Tel businesses. She recently graduated with a marketing management diploma from BCIT. Leona Michelson is handling the agency's PR. Most recently she was communications consultant for APEC '97. Pam Fraser has been appointed junior copywriter, after previously graduating from BCIT with a marketing management diploma. Tracy Josling has been promoted from account executive to account supervisor. Scot Keith has moved up from account executive to media planner/buyer and account supervisor. Hubert Wat has been given the promotional marketing account supervisor position, moving up from promotional marketing account executive. ...Ellen Carucci has been promoted from advertising manager at Conde Nast House & Garden magazine to advertising director.
