Kazuaki Ushiyama has joined Toshiba in Canada as its new president. Most recently he was international manufacturing group senior manager for Toshiba Corp. in Japan. Ushiyama replaces Ichiro Tanaka who moved to Toshiba in Japan to be responsible for international sales and marketing for the photocopier equipment division. ...Heather Mondrowitz has been promoted from group account director at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising of Toronto to vice-president. ...David Stagg and Claire Warren Scullion are now at 360 Database Marketing Group of Vancouver as production manager and account manager respectively. Previously Stagg was customer services manager at Total Graphics Inc. Scullion was account executive at Team One Advertising of Los Angeles.
