WAL-MART TO OPEN ANOTHER OUTLET

Wal-Mart Canada of Mississauga, Ont. will open its 10th store this year in September. The almost 12,000 square-foot outlet will be located in Vaughan, Ont. In addition, the retailer opened another store in Saint Bruno, Quebec today, bringing the total number of Wal-Mart stores in Canada to 137. The new Wal-Mart stores are being promoted using flyers created in-house and PR done by National Public Relations of Toronto. SMW Advertising of Toronto handles all other advertising for Wal-Mart in Canada.
