DIET COKE CANS OLD PACKAGING

U.S.-based Coca Cola Ltd. recently introduced new packaging for its line of Diet Coke products. The major feature of the redesign is the use of silver as the packaging's primary color. Diet Coke's traditional typeface and familiar red and white colors will continue to appear. Coca-Cola says the new packaging is designed to reflect "the energy and excitement of Diet Coke and its drinkers." A national TV campaign with a lifestyle focus launched for Diet Coke last week. Slated to run until mid-July, the spots were created by U.S.-based Lowe & Partners and adapted for the Canadian market by Cossette Communication-Marketing of Toronto. National Public Relations of Toronto is handling PR for the new Diet Coke packaging in Canada.
