Starlight Investments releases children's book

Toronto-based real estate asset management firm Starlight Investments has released a children’s book called Priya’s Pets. The book, by author Jackie Burns, is the second in a series of publications called Floor Friends that depicts children living in apartments. The first, called Ivan's Garden of Hope, was release in 2025. According to the company, the series is intended to “normalize and celebrate” living in an apartment building. The books are being distributed through resident events, community programs and welcome packages for new residents.
“We see every day how strong communities are built through shared spaces and neighbourly connections,” said Talia Schwebel, vice-president of marketing and communications at Starlight Investments. “This series brings those everyday moments to life in a way that resonates far beyond our buildings.”
