Cruise ship operator Norwegian Cruise Line has expanded its Military Appreciation Program into Canada. Through this program, eligible members of the Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Navy, Royal Canadian Air Force and Canadian Coast Guard, as well as veterans and dependents, will have access to special onboard amenities and a 10% dicount on ticket prices. The company launched the program in the US in 2022.
“The expansion of our Military Appreciation Program is a testament to our organization's passion for supporting and giving back to military service members,” said Derek Lloyd, vice-president of North American sales at Norwegian Cruise Line. “Fostering a sense of community and providing military members with a welcoming environment to relax with family and friends is an honor for Norwegian Cruise Line.”
