Wellness Together Canada conducts campaign

Wellness Together Canada, an online mental health and substance use program, has begun a campaign called “Real Holiday Tales.” The campaign focuses on the anxiety and loneliness people can experience during the holiday season, and highlights the support available. The digital campaign features online personalities Vivek Shraya, Andrian Makhnachov and Jamie Pandit, who describe their own holiday experiences.
“I find that you can be around people, and not be alone, but still feel lonely,” said Pandit. “There is this pressure to socialize with people because it's the holidays and you should be happy, and it's a time of celebration, but it doesn't always feel like that.”
