Burger King brings new marketing to Canada

Fast food chain Burger King Canada has debuted a new marketing initiative called “You Rule.” The new marketing was first introduced in the United States and was developed by creative agency OKRP. According to the company, the new marketing is an amplification of the brand's previous “Have it Your Way” slogan. It includes a new jingle called “Whopper, Whopper,” as well as new advertising. The national campaign will begin on March 13, consisting of a television commercial, social media content and in-restaurant materials.
“We'll never stop serving up the Whopper our guests love, just the way they want it, and this new positioning is more than just an invitation to customize your food,” said Matt Wright, general manager of Burger King Canada. “It's an encouragement to live your life, whatever and however that may be. ‘You Rule’ celebrates the little things we can control in life, and empowers our guests to rule their day when visiting our restaurants.”
