National adds three

National Public Relations of Toronto has appointed Brian Pearl to the position of vice-president and practice lead for investor relations and capital markets. Pearl was most recently chief operating officer at Relm Cannabis.
Anna Speyer has joined the agency as manager of the practice, while Richard Chen has been hired as an analyst in the practice. Speyer was previously an investment manager, while Chen was at the B.C. Investment Management Corporation.
