Phyron opens Toronto office

Phyron, a technology company based in Stockholm, Sweden, has opened its first international office in Toronto. The company specializes in software that uses artificial intelligence technology to automatically generate promotional videos for automakers and retailers. Users of the software can create videos advertising each vehicle in their inventories without requiring any in-house video production equipment. The videos can be used on retailer webites, classified ad sites or social media sites. The new office represents the company’s expansion into the North American market.

“Thanks to the unprecedented level of enquiries from OEMs and dealerships across North America, we have brought forward our plans to establish an office in Toronto and build a team there,” said Phyron CEO Johan Sundstrand. “We have recruited two exceptionally experienced new business leads: Colin Richardson and Munish Sharma. I’m looking forward to working with them as we engage and onboard new dealerships and help them transform their video marketing.”
