Navarro joins Empathy

Toronto-based media strategy consulting company Empathy has appointed Michael Navarro to the position of media and strategy director. He was most recently director of client services at Influicity. Prior to that, Navarro was advertising operations manager for digital advertising solutions at Index Exchange.
