Sahaja Yoga begins online promotion

Vancouver-based Sahaja Yoga Canada has begun an online promotion to coincide with its 40th anniversary in Canada. The initiative consists of a series of free online meditation programs that will be posted to YouTube each Saturday until Nov. 6. The programs are intended to introduce viewers to Sahaja Yoga meditation. The videos will be accompanied by social media and website content. Sahaja Yoga is operated by charitable organization the Vishwa Nirmala Dharma Educational Society.
