Hydro One begins awareness campaign

Toronto-based power company Hydro One has begun a campaign called “Connected for Life.” The effort is intended to raise awareness among consumers of the company’s pandemic relief program and other customer support programs. According to Hydro One, the intent is to convey “a promise to help customers stay connected to safe and reliable power” though financial assistance and flexible payment options. The campaign includes a website at <http://www.hydroone.com/connectedforlife> and an online video.

“‘Connected for Life’ is a reflection of who we are and our transformation as a company to put people first,” said Mark Poweska, president and CEO of Hydro One. “Our people, towers, poles and wires bring the light, heat, refrigeration and technology that is essential to life. We have a deep responsibility to do everything we can to support our customers with financial assistance, flexibility and choice during this difficult time.”
