Seline joins Music Rights Clearance

Montreal-based Music Rights Clearance has appointed Katie Seline to the position of project manager and licensing specialist for advertising. She was most recently a partnership manager at Plus1. Prior to that, she was manager of music licensing at Stingray and associate manager of copyright licensing and contract administration at TouchTunes Interactive Networks.
