Rexall launches new Be Well app

Rexall Pharmacy Group has begun a promotion with Carebook Technologies, a Montreal-based company that specializes in digital systems for pharmacies and medical clinics. The companies have released a new mobile application called “Be Well,” which integrates Rexall’s pharmacy services with the chain’s loyalty program. The free software can be used by consumers to collect and redeem loyalty points, as well as to connect with a Rexall pharmacy, access their medication history and manage their medications. The app can be used in approximately 400 Rexall stores in Canada and is available for Android and Apple devices.
“We believe that this kind of front-of-store to back-of-store connection, which links pharmacy services with loyalty, rewards, and e-commerce, helps pharmacy businesses build engagement and increase revenue,” said Carebook CEO Pascale Audette. “It's a brilliant strategy and we loved helping the Rexall team bring it to life with this all-in-one, powerful platform.”
