Hill&Knowlton Strategies, Advanced Symbolics launch election program
By Adnews Staff
Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Ottawa has formed an agreement with artificial intelligence company Advanced Symbolics to provide information regarding the upcoming federal election. The two firms will analyse 28 federal ridings selected for likely close races, historical importance and well-known candidates. The information will be packages as an online series called “Ridings to Watch.”
“This election could be extremely tight with many races decided by less than 1,000 votes,” said Elliott Gauthier, senior vice-president of data and analytics at the agency. “This means that more than ever, campaigns at every level will matter. That's why we have teamed up with ASI to develop an original methodology, one that complements the traditional 'horse-race' numbers that pollsters put out with 'ground game' insights based on behavioural analysis.”
