KO Media acquires Elle licenses in Canada

KO Média of Montreal has acquired the operating licenses to magazines Elle Québec and Elle Canada from Lagardère Group of Paris. The agreement includes both the print and digital versions of these properties. According to KO, the acquisition is intended to diversify its product line and expand its presence in the luxury, fashion and beauty categories. KO Média also publishes Véro, di Stasio, Édition Papier and K pour Katrine.
