POLLING FIRM CHANGES NAME
By Adnews Staff
Public-opinion research firm Insight Canada Research changed its name to POLLARA this week. Chairman Michael Marzolini told Adnews the change was made to reflect the company's recent expansion and to give it a more unique identity. Best-known as the polling firm for the Liberal Party of Canada, the company has had 30% revenue growth for each of the last seven years. It is currently one of the largest public-opinion research companies in Canada, serving a wide range of clients from airlines and banks to insurance companies. The company has also worked closely with many ad agencies in such areas as advertising tracking and concept research. McManus Elliott Communications Inc. of Toronto handles PR for POLLARA.
