Bamboo Underwear conducts retail promotion
Undergarment brand Bamboo Underwear of Quebec City has begun a retail promotion in that city. The effort makes use of a temporary store located at the Place de la Cité shopping mall in Quebec City. The store will carry the company's line of men's and women's underwear made from bamboo. The promotion will include personal appearances by company founders Jules Marcoux, Philippe Ouellet-Thivierge, Mathieu Landry-Girouard and Élisabeth Rioux on Dec. 20 and 21. The initiative is being conducted in association with the Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust.
"Bamboo Underwear is now part of a group of Quebec-based companies, including Womance, AllCovered and Plantzy, that have entrusted Cominar with their pop-up stores in one of our shopping centres," said Caroline Lacroix, vice-president of communications and marketing at Cominar. "Cominar is proud to support and encourage pop-up stores in our shopping centres. They create exclusive, in-person experiences for online start-ups and their customers. This initiative plays an important role in our overall strategy of offering one-of-a-kind shopping experiences to our clients."
