New chief communications officer at Beleave

Beleave, a cannabis company based in Oakville, ON, has appointed Kevin Keagan to the position of chief communications officer. He most recently operated his own firm called Keagan Consulting. Prior to that, he was a vice-president at Mackenzie Investments. Keagan has also worked at Scotia Asset Management and Scotia Cassels.
