Intel Corp. of Santa Clara, California will bring its print and TV campaign for its new Pentium processor with MMX technology to Canada in mid-February. The ads will begin appearing in the U.S. at the beginning of the month. Intel says the MMX technology gives computers better graphics, video and sound. Companies who are already using the technology in their new machines include, NEC Corp., Compaq Corp., Dell Corp. International Business Machines and Toshiba. The ads were created by Euro RSCG DSW of Utah. In addition, Intel has a new logo for MMX. Systems based on the chip will be identified with a triangular hat in the upper left corner of the well-known "Intel Inside Pentium processor" swirl and lettering. The new logo was also created by Euro RSCG.
