CAMPAIGN HOUSE TAKES DIRECT MAIL TO THE INTERNET
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based Campaign House Worldwide has teamed up with Westminster International of Toronto to enhance the agency's direct marketing capabilities. Westminster has developed i-mail, which is used with direct mail pieces to make them more interactive. I-mail uses personalized Web site addresses to give consumers more information about what the company is offering. For example, a consumer receives a direct mail piece that is addressed to them. Inside, the flyer will tell the consumer to go to a Web site address to receive more information. The site is personalized for that consumer. Using i-mail, clients can know who's accessed their i-mail site, when they've accessed, and will have the chance to expand and obtain a more detailed database.
