MRIA names new chair

The Toronto-based Marketing Research and Intelligence Association has appointed Amy Charles to the position of chair of its board for a two-year term. Charles is the senior vice-president of Ipsos Loyalty in Canada. She has been a member of the association's board since 2010. The not-for-profit organization represents the market intelligence and survey research industry in Canada.
