MOLSON SAYS IT WILL OFFER TOTAL SATISFACTION

Toronto-based Molson Breweries will introduce a Total Satisfaction Guaranteed program next month to ensure its customers are happy about their Molson purchase. If customers are dissatisfied with their Molson brew, it will be replaced or their money will be refunded by calling a 1-800 number. In addition, Molson will feature ÒBrewed For You OnÓ freshness labelling that marks the day the brewing process was completed and the beer packaged. Initially, the bottles will have the new labelling, followed by cans and packaging. Print, radio and TV ads will support the launch of the product. They will be created by MacLaren McCann of Toronto.
