Couillard joins TACT

Montreal-based public relations and government affairs firm TACT Intelligence-conseil has appointed Caroline Couillard to the position of senior director. She was most recently a director and group leader at Morin Public Relations. Couillard was also a senior account manager at Edelman, a media relations specialist at Ogilvy Renault, press secretary for the City of Laval and a consultant at National Public Relations.
