Cora readies National Pancake Day promotion

Restaurant chain Cora Breakfast and Lunch, based in Ste-Thérèse, QC, is preparing a promotion called "National Pancake Day." On Feb. 28, the Cora Foundation will donate one dollar for every meal of pancakes or crêpes ordered by consumers at the chain's 130 locations nationally to the Breakfast Club of Canada. The charitable organization works to provide nourishing breakfasts to children nationally.
