Innis & Gunn begins Scan & Deliver promotion

Scottish brewery Innis & Gunn has begun a street promotion in Toronto supporting the availability of its products in Ontario Beer Store locations. The promotion, called "Innis & Gunn Scan & Deliver," makes use of an installation in the Liberty Village area of Toronto. Consumers will be invited to scan a can of or voucher for and Innis & Gunn beer to receive a "pairing" to go with the product. The machine will dispense a variety of items, including tickets to local sports or entertainment events, meal or food gift certificates, and branded merchandise. The physical machine will be accompanied by social media activities. The promotion will take place on Oct. 12, 14 and 15.
"We are thrilled to have both the Innis & Gunn Original and the Innis & Gunn Lager on the shelves of Beer Store locations across Ontario," said Dougal Gunn Sharp, founder of Innis & Gunn. "We really feel there is a good beer out there for everyone and countless possibilities of ways to pair beer. We are excited to continue to push the boundaries of the beer industry and look forward to seeing how Ontarians enjoy our Scan & Deliver machine."
