New global CEO at GroupM

GroupM of New York has promoted Kelly Clark to the position of global chief executive officer. Since 2012, he has been CEO of GroupM for North America. Prior to that, he was the global CEO of Maxus and CEO of Maxus in Europe. He has also been CEO of Mindshare in the United Kingdom and the Asia Pacific region. Outgoing GroupM global president Dominic Proctor will remain with WPP on as-yet unspecified projects. GroupM is the media investment management subsidiary of WPP.
