Staples Canada breaks back-to-school campaign

Toronto-based office supply company Staples Canada has begun a back-to-school season advertising campaign. The initiative, aimed primarily at mothers, will comprise television, radio, digital and cinema advertising, as well as flyers and a website at <>. The creative will feature the chain's "Staples Guy" spokescharacter and will focus on the ease and affordability of back-to-school shopping at the retailer.

"Every year we aim to improve the back-to-school experience for our consumers, and to make it more memorable than the last," said Craig Taylor, senior vice-president of electronic commerce and marketing at Staples Canada. "We are committed to offering the best resources on all platforms, for all audiences, and to ensuring that our campaigns are reflective of the support we offer in-store and online."
