ReUp launches mobile loyalty application

A Toronto-based company called ReUp has launched a new mobile application intended to allow small businesses to operate their own branded loyalty programs. The application, available for Apple and Android devices, permits businesses to offer loyalty points, discounts or coupons to consumers who pay for goods and services with a mobile device.
"With the popularity of mobile payment apps increasing on a daily basis, we saw a need to provide smaller and independent businesses with same capabilities as the big players without needing to commit the same level of financial investment and technical expertise upfront," said Asim Shahjahan, CEO of ReUp. "My partner and I have developed this plug-and-play solution to help local business compete and we look forward to taking it to the next step in the Canadian market."
