New planning vice-president at Edelman

Edelman of Toronto has promoted Becca Young to the position of senior vice-president of planning. She will head the agency's planning practice in Canada. Young joined Edelman in 2007 as a digital lead. Since then she has held the positions of digital strategy director, director of creative and digital strategy, senior creative strategy director and vice-president.
