Punch Canada promotes Raffaele

Toronto-based public relations agency Punch Canada has promoted Lisa Raffaele to the newly-created position of client services director. She will manage a number of the agency's retail and trade show accounts. Raffaele joined Punch as a senior consultant in 2010 and became an account manager there last year. Prior to that, she was an editor at TravelHotNews.com and HelloWestTravel.com.
