Accor Group hires Citoyen Optimum

French hotel company Accor Group has retained Citoyen Optimum of Montreal as its Canadian public relations agency. The assignment includes PR activities for the Sofitel hotel in Montreal and the Novotel chain.

Citoyen Optimum is a division of Citizen Relations.
