AcuityAds hires Virtus Advisory Group

Toronto-based digital advertising company AcuityAds has retained Virtus Advisory Group, also based in Toronto, as its investor relations agency. Virtus will develop and implement an investor relations program intended to raise awareness of AcuityAds' within the industry and among investors. As part of the agreement, Virtus will receive a monthly consulting fee and options to acquire 150,000 shares in AcuityAds.
