Sofina Foods begins Summer Grill Giveaway promotion

Sofina Foods of Markham, ON has begun a contest promotion called the "Summer Grill Giveaway." The promotion, developed by Blueband Brand & Digital of Toronto, is in support of the Sofina's Lilydale turkey brand, its Janes chicken brand and its Fletcher's line of sausages and deli products. The contest, which will run until Sept. 1, is based at a website at <http://www.summergrillgiveaway.ca>. Consumers can enter the contest by submitting identification numbers found on specially-marked packages of eligible products. The grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 backyard makeover. Additional prizes include 16 barbecues and five sets of grill tools. The website also features a cookout-themed game called "Ready, Prep, Grill." Players of the game can win additional entries into the contest's daily and weekly prize draws. This is the second year Sofina has conducted this promotion.
