Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes two

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada has promoted Mary Pat MacKinnon and Manon Abud to the position of vice-president in its Ottawa office. MacKinnon joined the agency in 2012. Prior to that, she was a partner at Ascentum. She was also a director of the Canadian Policy Research Networks and director of government affairs and public policy at the Canadian Co-operative Association. She is also a senior fellow of the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. Manon was previously a managing partner at Ascentum before the company was acquired by Hill&Knowlton in 2012. Prior to that, she was a consultant at the Kettering Foundation. She has also worked at the University of Ottawa, Nortel Networks and Mitel.
