New managing director at Universum Canada

Toronto-based recruitment research company Universum Canada has appointed Jason Kipps to the position of managing director. He will be responsible for the marketing, sales and operations of the company in Canada. Kipps was most recently vice-president of business development consulting at Right Management. Prior to that, he was director of marketing and business development and a senior account director at Caliper, as well as vice-president of marketing and business development at Self Management Group. Kipps has also been president of Flint & Steel and the Challenge Advisory Group.
