Rogers Media promotes Mindell

Rogers Media of Toronto has promoted Hayden Mindell to the newly-created position of vice-president of television programming and content. He will oversee programming development and strategy for all of Rogers Media's non-sports television properties. These include City, FX Canada, OLN, Omni Television, G4 and BIO. Mindell joined the company in 2001. He was most recently director of programming and general manager of specialties.
