Kathie Taylor has joined Vancouver-based Palmer Jarvis Communications as vice-president. Most recently, she held the same position at Cormier Communicators of Vancouver. Taylor is a member of the Canadian Public relations Society and the International Association of Business communicators. In addition, Taylor serves on the board of trustees of the Jack Webster Foundation for Excellence in Journalism.
