Fairmont Raffles Hotels International sends more work to Lucidia

Interactive agency Lucidia, based in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, has been retained by Fairmont Raffles Hotels International to manage its global, regional and local email campaigns. The assignment includes work for brands including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissotel Hotels & Resorts, as well as the overall corporate brand. The agency won the account in a selection process involving an unknown number of firms. "This win marks an important step in the long-standing relationship between Lucidia and FRHI," said Teresa Martone, director of client services at Lucidia. "For nearly a decade Lucidia has been the preferred digital agency for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. We're thrilled to be awarded agency of record for global email marketing for the four brands."
