Sympatico.ca, in association with digital advertising company Wishabi of Toronto, has introduced a new section called "Flyer of the Week." Sympatico will create original content to promote the section and integrate the service into its editorial. The content will promote deals within the flyer and offer additional promotions. Consumers can also use filters to search deals by discount amount or product category. "Canadian consumers are among the world's highest users of flyers for deal-hunting and retailers continue to rely heavily on flyers to drive in-store traffic," said Wehuns Tan, CEO of Wishabi. "A growing issue among merchants is that high-growth, digital consumers between the ages of 18 to 35 increasingly tune out their print flyers. Wishabi provides an eco-friendly, highly efficient and eye-catching alternative that can be viewed online and on mobile and tablet devices."
