PHILIPS INTRODUCES NEW PHILISHAVE SERIES

Philips Electronics Ltd. of Toronto will introduce its Philishave 5000 Reflex Action series of razors next week. The line consists of one electric and five rechargeable models and builds on Philishave's Rotary Double Action "Lift and Cut" technology, a three-dimensional contour-following system with nine different settings. Advertising for the campaign will begin in mid-October and will consist of national television, radio and magazine ads. D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles of Toronto designed the ads and bought the media, while Cohn and Wolfe, also of Toronto, handled PR responsibilities.
