Toronto-based mobile advertising company Addictive Mobility of Toronto has formed an association with Celtra, a company specializing in rich media advertising and analytics for mobile devices. The initiative is intended to allow both firms to strengthen their mobile social advertising operations in North America. Addictive Mobility will now make use of Celtra's AdCreator service to create, edit, distribute and measure rich media ads on a variety of devices.
