International news: WPP Digital buys Rockfish Interactive

WPP Digital has acquired Rockfish Interactive of Rogers, AR. The agency's client list includes Walmart, Sam's Club, Cisco, Procter & Gamble, United Health, EA Sports and Tyson Foods. Founded in 2006, Rockfish has a staff of 150. Its services include consulting, technology, mobile, design and digital marketing. The remains subject to regulatory approval and the approval by Rockfish shareholders. No financial details are available. "Rockfish is a fantastic addition to the WPP Digital family," said Mark Read, CEO of WPP Digital said. "[Rockfish CEO] Kenny Tomlin and his team have built a smart company that understands how technology is changing communications and business.
