Reader's Digest adds two vice-presidents

Montreal-based Reader's Digest has appointed Ray Philipose to the position of vice-president of digital and integrated solutions. He was most recently vice-president of strategy and product development at Canwest Digital. Prior to that, he was director of media operations at Sympatico/MSN. Marie-Josée Tessier has joined the company as vice-president of consumer marketing. She was previously group account director at DraftFCB. She has also been director of marketing and communications at Lasik MD and marketing director of life cycle management at National Bank of Canada.
