New global chief marketing officer at Levi Strauss

Levi Strauss & Co. of San Francisco has appointed Rebecca Van Dyck to the position of global chief marketing officer for the Levi's brand. She will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for all Levi's product categories and consumer communication channels. Van Dyck was most recently at Apple, where she was senior director of worldwide marketing and communications. Prior to that, she was global account director for Nike at Wieden & Kennedy.
