Media Resources International buys Hamilton Digital Designs

Media Resources International of Toronto has acquired Hamilton Digital Designs of Burlington, ON, a manufacturer of indoor and outdoor LED displays. "The merger will enable us to broaden our product line and offer LED displays worldwide," said Media Resources partner Steve Gallow. "HDD is a very successful company providing custom engineering, design and manufacturing plus complete software design and execution. We feel confident that by joining forces we will be able to offer superior outdoor advertising products for the global market." No financial details are available.
